Every person counts!

Adult Programmes and Sessions - Hertfordshire

Accredited and qualified therapeutic practitioners deliver all sessions.

Looking to reconnect with nature and pick up new skills? Culturewood run workshops for adults throughout the year which are ideal for those eager to delve into nature connection and wellbeing.

Here's what you can expect:

Reconnect with nature and nurture your wellbeing in these creative,  adults-only (18+) woodland sessions. Combining woodcraft and mindfulness, we'll explore activities like whittling, simple wood carving (including spoon carving), and crafting nature inspired decorations, foraging through seasons, ancient fire skills and more. These workshops are designed to improve mental health by offering a calming space to relax, focus, and connect with others. Enjoy the warmth of a fire, hot drinks, and snacks while learning new skills and creating something amazing to take home. No prior experience is needed, just bring yourself and a willingness to unwind.
